Key Responsibilities Assist customers inside and outside the arenaflex center with our products and services, providing expert advice and support to help them make informed decisions. Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring that our customers have access to the equipment they need when they need it. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency in all aspects of your work. Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels, to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products that meet their needs. Answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services, providing clear and concise information that helps them understand the benefits and features of our offerings. Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support. The minimum qualifications for this position include: A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record, demonstrating your responsibility and commitment to safety on the road.
