We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Sabre Ticketing Agent to join our concierge team and support our mission to make luxury travel more accessible. About the Role As a Sabre Ticketing Agent with FlyFlat, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Working remotely from India, you will be responsible for flight booking and ticketing tasks using the Sabre GDS system. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our luxury travel platform. Key Responsibilities Booking and Ticketing Book flights and manage ticketing for clients using Sabre GDS, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor flights for price drops and rebook as necessary to increase profitability and optimize booking processes. Update and confirm itineraries, seat assignments, and frequent flyer information, and handle other booking-related requests. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. PNR and Internal Data Management Respond to GDS queue inquiries within SLAs, ensuring timely communication and resolving issues efficiently. Interpret booking requests and air travel requirements accurately, leveraging available resources and expertise. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and client interactions. Process Improvement Support team efforts to enhance booking procedures and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements and best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes that may impact our business. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Sabre GDS, specifically in booking and ticketing. Excellent written English communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana) and data input on Google Sheets. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Ability to multitask and prioritize during times that can sometimes seem chaotic. Working knowledge of Airline industry policies and regulations. Ability to think outside the box in shopping and troubleshooting scenarios. Detail-Oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills. Flexibility - we're growing and evolving, and we're looking for folks to grow and evolve with us. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of booking rental cars, hotels, cruises, and similar accommodations in Sabre. Experience with other GDS systems. Background in travel or hospitality, particularly with international or luxury bookings. Interest or experience in travel loyalty programs. Previous remote work experience with a self-driven, accountable work style. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary: $400-500 per month. Incentive pay: Additional $100+ per month for profitable rebookings. Full-time, 5 days a week with 9-hour shifts (1-hour break). Flexibility for shifts across time zones and days is expected.
