About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to incoming calls and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Our comprehensive, accredited training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role, and our supportive team environment will ensure that you have the resources you need to succeed. With no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls, you can focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve issues efficiently Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong background and a willingness to undergo a drug screen. We're looking for individuals with excellent telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and a self-motivated approach to their work. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also essential, as is a strong work ethic, integrity, and values.
