Key Responsibilities: Receive and document customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and attention to detail. Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department, ensuring that all issues are escalated and resolved efficiently. Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage, providing clear and concise information to ensure our members are well-informed and empowered to make the best decisions about their healthcare. Essential Qualifications: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues. 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Typing speed of 35wpm or more, demonstrating strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Willingness to work overtime as required, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
