National Insurance Services is seeking a Retirement Income - Account Representative to provide quality customer service to Retirement Income clients. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, participant education, and compliance review while supporting a range of Retirement Income products. Responsibilities Provide quality and timely customer service to current Retirement Income clients through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and telephone calls Identify and close additional growth opportunities Conduct participant education and compliance review Skills Quality and timely customer service skills Ability to identify and close additional growth opportunities Experience in participant education Knowledge of compliance review Attainment of Life & Health insurance license for each of the states in the assigned region Attainment of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam Attainment of Series 6 and Series 63 Ability to travel 30%-50% of the time Ability to work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Ability to work non-traditional hours when required Ability to perform physical requirements including sitting, standing, and walking Company Overview National Insurance Services is a Client Focused,Solution Driven,Employee Benefits for the Public Sector.
