Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is seeking a TikTok Specialist to manage TikTok Shop and social commerce activities end-to-end. The role involves quickly listing a large catalog, running TikTok Live sales, activating creators and paid talent, and driving sales on a lean budget with measurable traction within 90 days. Responsibilities Establish and manage TikTok Shop including storefront, listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, and compliance Plan and execute TikTok Live selling sessions, either hosting or managing hosts, with weekly show calendars Source, brief, and manage creators and influencers; negotiate deals and track performance and attribution Launch and optimize low-budget paid campaigns (e.g., Spark Ads, Promote) and scale successful ads Coordinate with sales team on inventory, samples, fulfillment, and launch timelines Report on KPIs such as sales, profit, CPA/ROAS, CTR, and live session metrics; iterate based on data Skills Minimum 1 year of hands-on social commerce selling experience (TikTok Shop, IG Live, or similar) Self-directed problem solver able to set up systems end-to-end with limited resources Comfortable on-camera or directing talent; skilled in hooks, scripts, and offer development Basic creative and editing skills for UGC briefs, short-form video edits, and captions Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center, Creator Marketplace, affiliate links, and live tools Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
