Job Overview This hybrid position is based at our location in Richardson, TX, and offers a unique blend of working in-center and remotely from home. As a Customer Service Representative - Sales, you will be responsible for providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, optimizing their service experience, driving satisfaction and loyalty, and meeting daily and monthly sales goals. You will handle new service requests, address existing customer needs, and provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Key Responsibilities Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks such as Internet, voice, and data services Work a set schedule including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and services Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in sales or customer service in the telecommunications industry Knowledge of blithequark's products and services Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment Ability to speak multiple languages Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
