CGI is one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world, and they are seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Operations Support. This role involves supporting the delivery of Talent & OD processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to projects aimed at improving workflows and efficiency. Responsibilities Support and coordinate Talent & OD processes (Talent Review, Succession, Performance, RCF) and support documentation, data gathering, reporting and data validation Maintain timelines, trackers and follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution Maintain the CoE SharePoint site by ensuring all files are correctly uploaded, named, and filed according to our team standards Contribute to OD/Talent projects and identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation Use productivity, project-management and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency Skills Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR/Labour Relations, Sociology, Business Administration or similar English proficiency (B2+ / C1) and fluency in the SBU's primary language(s) Proficiency in French is highly desirable Interest in AI tools and process optimization Familiarity with project-management tools and structured coordination methods 1–2 years' experience in HR, Talent, OD, People Operations or Consulting (internships included) Experience with data, reporting or structured processes valued Exposure to multinational or virtual environments is an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced context High motivation to learn and grow within CGI's global OD function Strong organization and attention to detail Analytical mindset Clear communication in multicultural contexts Ability to connect end-to-end processes Teamwork and customer focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Comfort with digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive) Interest in AI-based productivity, automation and process optimization Familiarity with basic project-management practices Additional training in HR, Talent, OD, People Analytics or Project Management valued but not required Company Overview CGI is an IT and business consulting services firm that offers consulting, cyber security, cloud, and IT services.
