**Experienced Full Stack Data Specialist – Business Intelligence and Data Analytics**

As a key member of our data team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Business Intelligence (BI) stage and data warehouse using a range of data and BI tools. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the business and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Work in a fast-paced environment to design, develop, and deliver BI solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders * Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Windstream to extract, transform, and load data into our data warehouse * Build ad-hoc reports to help our data-savvy stakeholders and provide automation using Tableau * Design, develop, maintain, and support our Business Intelligence stage and data warehouse using a range of data and BI tools * Build impromptu reports as needed to help our data-savvy stakeholders and provide automation using Tableau * Foster collaborative relationships and work with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and achieve project goals * Communicate technical and business themes in a 360-degree approach, as required; communicate using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed * Create, maintain, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs * Take ownership and deliver process improvements * Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends * Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business **What You'll Bring** * 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python and Windstream * Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, and data set objects within social data sets (MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica) * Strong skills in SQL and query writing * Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills * Brilliant analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines * Strong experience with creating heavenly dashboards and reports for C-level leaders **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading-edge technology platform * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data professional looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
