They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment process for non-clinical, high-volume positions, partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring non-clinical and high-volume roles Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing methods such as job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement For more senior hires: take the lead on complex searches, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and mentor fellow team members Skills 1+ years of recruiting experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (Greenhouse experience a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered Benefits Bonus eligible 100% employer paid medical health insurance premium option available Dental and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Supportive team and leadership invested in your success Company Overview Upstream Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical therapy provider.
