[Remote] Sr. Dir, Operations Planning and Strategy

The Sr. Director of Operations Planning and Strategy will collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, develop processes, and ensure efficient resource use. Responsibilities • May support multiple areas within the organization, collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Marketing & Communications, Talent, and other departments • Align and communicate the vision established by leadership • Create work plans and products to achieve key targets and milestones to create clarity and organization around projects • Facilitate working sessions to ensure outputs meet expectations of leaders • Develop and implement communication plans • Monitors solution performance and identifies issues or areas for improvements • Collects and analyzes operational metrics in support of strategic decisions • Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations and relationships with all stakeholders. Manage relationships with customers, project managers, and any/all levels of management • Meet and work with project business sponsors, software end-users, applications development staff, and others as necessary to perform assignments. Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to actively solicit, analyze and negotiate customer requirements. Obtain signoff on business requirements • Assist with project planning, including methods, processes, tasks, schedules • Coordinate changes to functional specifications that occur during development and updates functional specifications as required • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements • Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within • The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
