As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing online chat and customer engagement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat and customer engagement initiatives * Building upon our chat roadmap and socializing a 12-18 month strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction * Developing, refining, and executing online chat and customer engagement recommendations that align with our business objectives * Managing the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to inform future strategy and optimization * Defining and building an online chat service program that meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth * Managing chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met * Socializing chat program insights and results to stakeholders across the organization **Your Pay and Benefits** As an Online Chat Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes: * A base salary of $85,000 - $120,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications * A bonus of $5,000 - $10,000, based on individual and team performance * Relocation assistance to support your move to our location **Qualifications and Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics * Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk * Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing * A Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA an added advantage * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools **Career Growth and Learning Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
