Essential Qualifications Maryland Special Education Teaching License: Hold a valid special education teaching license issued by the state of Maryland, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to supporting students with diverse needs. Special Education Experience: Possess at least two years of experience in special education, preferably with exposure to virtual teaching or online instructional settings.
