The Solution Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Insurity Submission Gateway product by turning business requirements into functional solutions using the Insurity Studio. Responsibilities Configure solutions using Insurity Studio based on requirements, design documentation, and best practices in accordance with estimates provided Develop and execute required feature tests for in scope changes and assigned use cases Proactively identify and escalate risks in project work in a timely manner Assist Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing configuration estimates Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve toolkit features and functionality Deliver both large-scale and small-scale configuration projects Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 1+ years of experience in the Insurance Software or broader software industry 1+ years of experience working with low code configuration recommended Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams Ability to travel to customer locations: up to 5% Experience with project management tools such as Jira recommended Experience building rate/quote/bind workflows is a strong plus Benefits Comprehensive health coverage Employer-matched retirement savings Open PTO Policy Award-Winning Onboarding Mentorship program Employee Referral Bonus program Discounted tuition Company Overview Insurity provides insurance companies with policy administration, claims, billing, and analytics software.
