Come join our amazing canine physical therapy practice with a collaborative and supportive team! We are a 13 therapist practice located in Denver and Boulder, CO that specializes in mobility issues and pain management. We are well known in our speciality and have helped thousands of pets walk comfortably again. We provide additional services such as blood work, medications, radiographs, and diagnostic ultrasound. We perform many orthotics, prosthetics, and wheelchair fittings leading to a lot of heart warming cases. Our patients receive laser therapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, massage, and exercises. It really is a very unique, and cool practice. We are hiring for multiple positions to keep up with the growth of opening a second practice. Responsibilities of Remote Scheduling Coordinator - Work from home Mon-Friday 8am- 5pm mtn time. Must be at computer available to respond quickly. - Answer phone calls and educate clients on services provided. Goal of this position is to ensure all calls are answered and not missed. -Answer text messages. -Coordinate scheduling of patients -Answer chatbot messages with immediate response time. -Answer emails -Concierge for clients coordinating questions, medications refills, ordering of devices, and questions for the doctors. -Lead to do tasks that keep the schedule full and ensure follow through on services. -Assisting with invoice -During down time assist practice owner with projects. -Responsibilities may change as the practice continues to grow/change. Ideal Candidate: -Honest and reliable. Will be present at there computer ready to respond/answer. This is not a remote position that is flexible in hours and when tasks are completed. Can not multi-task personal errands while in working hours. - Upbeat, joyful, and positive to give clients a warm greeting. - Very fast learner when it comes to learning new medical softwares. We utilize ezyvet. - Great attention to detail to ensure minimal mistakes on scheduling. - Has a background in veterinary medicine to have knowledge on the injuries we see. - Superb, professional communication skills with fast response rate. Speaks confidently and clearly to be able to educate clients inquiring about our services. - Depending on experience in our speciality may require a week or two in clinic initially to learn about the conditions we see and services we provide to better screen calls. - No active undergrad students as long term placement and flexibility in scheduling is important - References include previous employer.
