The role involves managing client information work orders, creating corporate templates, and supporting national operations initiatives and acquisition integration projects. Responsibilities Manage and complete Client Information work orders Code creation and administration (ex. client, bordereaux, broker, and care of codes) Guideline creation and administration Administration of the Policy Library Client access administration Template creation and maintenance Project based support Dedicated resource to national operations initiatives Client code reconciliation for acquisition General support on acquisition integration projects General duties as required Skills 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Post-secondary diploma or degree Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Customer service experience Insurance industry experience is an asset Company Overview ClaimsPro has been managing claims on behalf of Canada's largest insurers and self-insured corporations since 1986.
