Associate Attorney

They are seeking a proactive Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the legal process. Responsibilities Full Case Management: Manage and resolve a diverse caseload of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning, and Conservatorship matters from beginning to end. This includes litigated matters Direct Advocacy: Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions throughout Southern California Client Engagement: Lead strategy sessions and maintain proactive, empathetic communication with clients Document Architecture: Draft estate plans, petitions, motions, objections, and settlement agreements with keen attention to detail System Innovation: Embrace and adapt to our technology stack to improve firm efficiency Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless case movement and elite client care Skills 1–3+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Estates (we will train a 'growth-minded' applicant with the right grit) Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player Must currently reside in Orange County or San Diego County Benefits Performance-based bonuses for client satisfaction and results.
