Key Responsibilities Quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads. Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed. Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email to prospective clients. Attend required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain an active Property & Casualty license. Demonstrate the advantages of our company's products, services, and benefits while overcoming objections to purchase. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to remain competitive in the market. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Hold an active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License. Reside within the required distance from the hub location. Be available to work and commit to training and work schedule. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be empathetic, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in insurance sales, particularly in Property & Casualty. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with our company's products and services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
