Our services include insurance-covered nutrition consultations, CGM technology with advanced app insights, and a GLP-1 program designed to support weight loss and metabolic health. Role Description As a Nutrisense nutritionist, you'll engage directly with customers via personalized, insurance-based video consultations, addressing a range of health needs, including diabetes management, weight loss, PCOS, performance training, and digestive issues. Your schedule will include 60-minute initial consultations and 30- or 60-minute follow-ups, with the flexibility to book based on your availability. As a 1099 contractor, you'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workload, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to your clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct personalized video consultations with clients, providing expert guidance on nutrition and health optimization Utilize Nutrisense's advanced CGM technology and app insights to inform your consultations and support client goals Develop and implement tailored nutrition plans to address client needs, including diabetes management, weight loss, and digestive health Collaborate with clients to set and achieve health goals, providing ongoing support and guidance Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, using Nutrisense's app for tracking and call notes Participate in required meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in metabolic health and nutrition Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A current registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) A minimum of 15 hours/week availability, with the flexibility to work as many hours as you'd like based on your preferences Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: Previous experience working in telehealth, providing virtual nutrition consultations and support Experience in functional nutrition, with a deep understanding of the complex relationships between nutrition, health, and wellness A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in nutrition consulting or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel as a Nutrisense nutritionist, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic support A strong foundation in nutrition science, with a deep understanding of the latest research and best practices in metabolic health and nutrition The ability to work independently, managing your schedule and workload with autonomy A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in nutrition and health technology Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Nutrisense, we're dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our nutritionists.
