Key Responsibilities Strategic Content Protection: Safeguard Netflix content on social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok through effective strategies and collaborations with these platforms. Social Media Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of social media fingerprinting, takedown notices, and issue management to protect Netflix's content. Liaison and Project Management: Work closely with social media partners to manage project timelines and ensure smooth operations. Cross-Functional Best Practices: Develop and maintain best practices for Content Security across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with broader industry content protection drives. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to drive insights using data available in social media platform tools, enhancing content protection strategies. Title Protection Workflows: Support title protection workflows and operational drives, ensuring the effective management of content security processes. Policy and Strategy Support: Contribute to broader policy and social media strategy work, bringing your expertise to the table to inform and enhance these areas. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in a social media or content security-related role. A solid understanding of content insurance best practices and industry trends, with a focus on social media platforms. Experience with social media management tools such as Rights Manager and Content ID. Knowledge of data analysis and social media platform analytics. Familiarity with intellectual property laws and enforcement. Preferred Qualifications: Legal background, skills, or certification, which would be considered a plus. Experience with dashboarding tools like Scene or Google Data Studio. Paralegal skills, though not mandatory, are positively viewed. Insight into anti-piracy drives and experience managing effective notice and takedown programs, particularly with major social media platforms.
