[Remote] Product Analyst - Hospice

The Product Analyst - Hospice will work with the product team to enhance product vision and development, ensuring quality patient care through their expertise in hospice care. Responsibilities • Work with the product team on product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities • Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows • Assist in product development efforts by writing feature requirements and maintaining feature documentation • Assist in product education by providing advanced support and training to internal and external users • Communicate product updates for your product area with internal teams • Act as a liaison between product management and client services team Skills • Bachelor's Degree required • 3+ years' experience in hospice experience required • Strong problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to support working in a fast pace and multi-faceted team environment • Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines • Presentation skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences Benefits • Company-matching 401k contributions • 20 days of paid time off + holidays + birthdays Company Overview • Axxess provides home health, hospice, and home care services.
