Essential Qualifications Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism. Flexibility: Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Airline Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the airline industry or a related field is highly desirable. Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base. Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service or a related field is preferred.
