The role involves delivering expert financial guidance, collaborating with researchers to improve advisory solutions, and managing strategies tailored to clients' individual needs. Responsibilities • Deliver expert personal finance guidance to individuals with varying risk profiles and income levels • Work closely with researchers to provide asynchronous feedback and expertise that enhance advisory solutions at scale • Design and manage strategies for portfolio construction, expense management, and financial decision-making that align with individual client risk profiles and goals, including complex scenarios • Leverage extensive experience from leading private wealth management and personal finance practices to drive best-in-class outcomes • Demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication in all client and team interactions • Maintain the utmost discretion, professionalism, and a client-first approach throughout all advisory engagements Skills • Several years of hands-on experience and leadership in private wealth management or personal finance advisory at a leading financial institution (e.g., Schwab Private Client Services, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Bank of America Merrill Lynch) • Proven track record designing and implementing investment personalized portfolios, expense management processes, and decision-making strategies tailored to client-specific risk profiles and income • Expertise in delivering high-touch client service to discerning clientele • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, prioritizing clarity, empathy, and professionalism • Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment • Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality • Experience leading advisory teams or high-impact client initiatives in a private wealth practice • CFA, CFP, or other relevant professional certifications • Familiarity with digital tools Company Overview • Micro1 offers an AI platform that converts human expertise into structured datasets and recruitment processes for companies.
