About the Role: Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of Wondrium, providing top-notch service to our discerning customers via phone, managing relationships, resolving complaints, and driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional inbound phone-based customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to generate additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Resolve customer complaints, answer general questions, process orders, and perform various administrative tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products. Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and policies to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert service to our valued customers. Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or higher. At least 2 years of inbound, phone-based customer service and sales experience. Proficiency in using technology tools and resources, including MS Office (Outlook and Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and accurately record information. Proven customer service skills, with a track record of providing top-notch service. The ability to work independently as well as part of a larger, highly supportive team. The capacity to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment. A background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Remote Work Requirements: To work effectively in a remote environment, you will need: A secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions. Reliable high-speed internet ISP connections with minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second. Schedule flexibility to work the required hours, including weekends and Black Friday. Schedule Details: The successful candidate will be required to work: Hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (float shift). One weekend day, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (float shift). Black Friday (mandatory workday). Hours will vary between 8-40 per week, depending on call volume, with an average of 16-20 hours per week.
