Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze performance metrics. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software and tools. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer support experience, particularly in a remote or online setting.
