They are seeking a Paid Social Coordinator to manage and optimize paid media campaigns, driving measurable results for clients. Responsibilities Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media/ads management of our large portfolio of campaigns Optimizing social ad campaigns across multiple campaigns and channels Data focused Being creative in how you use ad tools Driving ROI and trackable conversions, not just to boosting views Conversion tracking and pixel implementation Explaining paid strategy to clients Working well in teams and thrives under pressure Helping to create proposals for prospective clients by identifying the strategy for each brand and their target audience Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services selling paid media services Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the results Skills Base level knowledge of how to use Ads Managers on Social Media 1+ years of Facebook Ads Manager experience Benefits Regular social events and ongoing clubs $250 grant to make your work-from-home set up comfortable Provided MacBook laptop to work from Flexi-hours Remote working Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401K with company match One day of additional PTO for every year you’re at The Goat Agency Opportunity for career progression Plus many more!
