Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line * Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met * Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (a minimum of 70 interactions per shift) **Role Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role * Access to consistently stable internet connection * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs * On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools * Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a subscription-based service or e-commerce environment * Knowledge of fashion industry trends and best practices * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
