Remote Outbound Pipeline Operator (LinkedIn + Email + Pipedrive) — Part-Time Compensation: $1,000/month base + commission Schedule: 25 hrs/week (Part-time contractor) Tools: LinkedIn, Email, Pipedrive We’re hiring an Outbound Pipeline Operator — someone who can run daily outreach + follow-up and keep our pipeline clean, organized, and moving. This is not a “marketing support” role. This is not a “post on social media” role. This is not an entry-level role or a career-change opportunity. This role is for someone who enjoys: • starting conversations • staying on top of follow-up • moving leads to the next step • keeping systems clean and current You’ll work closely with the founder (30+ year marketing leader across B2B growth + revenue strategy) and get behind-the-scenes exposure to how real pipelines are built. What you’ll do (daily) • Send ~40 outbound messages/day across LinkedIn + email (warm + strategic follow-up) • Track all activity in Pipedrive (notes, stages, tasks, next steps) • Follow up until a clear outcome happens (booked call / no / not now) • Keep the pipeline clean, current, and readable (this matters a lot here) • Maintain fast response times and momentum so conversations don’t die What success looks like • No leads falling through cracks • A clean CRM with clear next steps on every active lead • Consistent booked calls generated from outbound follow-up • Strong follow-up cadence (without needing reminders) Requirements • 3+ years in outbound, business development, sales support, or client-facing follow-up roles • Comfortable sending outreach + follow-up daily (this is the job) • Experienced using a CRM (Pipedrive preferred) • Strong written communication and good judgment • You don’t need hand-holding — you can operate independently If follow-up, tracking, and pipeline management sounds overwhelming, this is not your role.
