Overview of the Role As a RN Private Duty, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, providing a range of services including activities of daily living (ADLs), vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, and more. You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, and other services as needed Provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure Prompt and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) when necessary Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client care (e.g., DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.) Assist clients and/or families with training as needed Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills, education, and certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Nevada 2 years of nursing experience strongly preferred CPR/BLS Certification Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or training Reliability, dependability, and punctuality Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in private-duty nursing or home healthcare Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing client needs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Concierge Nursing Referral Services, we are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our clinicians.
