About Us Aliya Wellness is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization providing telehealth therapy and peer-support services across New York. We work with home care agencies, senior housing programs, MLTC plans, and adult day care centers. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable Remote Operations Coordinator to support our operations team and ensure smooth onboarding and communication for our patients. Position Summary The Remote Operations Coordinator is responsible for new patient onboarding, scheduling appointments, managing referrals, communicating with patients, and performing general administrative tasks to keep our program running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Patient Onboarding • Call new patients promptly after referral • Collect required information and explain the telehealth process • Communicate professionally with seniors and caregivers • Schedule intake and follow-up appointments • Send reminders and follow-up messages Scheduling & Coordination • Manage therapist schedules • Assign patients to providers • Reschedule missed or cancelled sessions • Track attendance and patient status Referral & Administrative Tasks • Track and update all incoming referrals • Maintain spreadsheets and CRM records • Upload documents and assist with reports • Support the operations team with daily administrative needs Required Qualifications • Bilingual English–Spanish (REQUIRED) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization and attention to detail • Professional, friendly, and patient phone presence • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable speaking with seniors • Reliable, consistent, and emotionally stable • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) • Experience in telehealth or mental health services • Experience working with older adults • Customer service or coordination background Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
