About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, USA. As a key member of our Impact Client support team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Inward Body Shop and ensuring the success of our Approved Impact Program. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour and the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative vehicle brands in the world. Key Responsibilities Provide work planning support to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service Facilitate communication between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve issues and address customer concerns Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements and ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Manage rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers Prepare and deliver vehicle announcements, keeping customers informed and up-to-date Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently Conduct repair surveys and deliveries, ensuring that all work is completed to our high standards What You'll Bring to the Role To be successful in this position, you will need to bring a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
