Key Responsibilities Engage in outbound calling to potential customers, focusing on building relationships and understanding their needs. Meet with executives, such as CEOs and vice presidents, to discuss our solutions and how they can benefit from our video analytics technology. Set appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a seamless customer journey. Participate in online conferences and webinars to stay updated on industry trends and to represent arenaflex in a professional and engaging manner. Navigate and overcome initial objections and questions, providing clear and concise information about our services. Document all relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in our CRM system (Hubspot) and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Strong English communication skills , both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. A proven track record of excelling at customer service , with a patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to work well in a team environment, adapt to new situations, and manage time efficiently. Effective communication skills on the phone and via email , with a strong understanding of phone etiquette best practices. Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales , with a preference for experience in appointment scheduling and customer support.
