Key Responsibilities Provides individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. Performs case management and treatment planning, maintains accurate and up-to-date files, and writes reports as needed. Develops and implements treatment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring effective service delivery. Participates in weekly supervision meetings with designated supervisors, engaging in reflective practice and professional development. Engages in treatment consults and in-service training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices. Demonstrates attitudes and behaviors consistent with our organizational values, including respect, integrity, and a commitment to delivering value to clients. Participates in outreach activities to promote services and build a strong professional network. Performs other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our telehealth program. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. LMSW licensure or eligibility in the state of Texas, with a willingness to apply for reciprocity immediately upon hire. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in telehealth or online counseling, with a proven track record of delivering effective services in a virtual environment. Strong marketing and public relations skills, with the ability to self-promote and attract clients to your caseload.
