[Remote] Lead Generation Specialist

They are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to qualify leads, manage CRM data, and support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities Qualify and Verify Leads: Review and confirm lead details, business information, and engagement status within our CRM Manage CRM Data: Audit, update, and maintain accurate customer records to ensure all lead data is up to date Re-Engage Customers: Reach out to past or inactive customers to rekindle interest and uncover new opportunities Build Early Relationships: Establish positive initial contact with prospects before handing them off to Account Executives or Sales Managers Support the Pipeline: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are transitioned smoothly Follow Up Diligently: Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel Track Your Impact: Report regularly on lead qualification, outreach activity, and engagement progress Skills 1–3 years in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (SDR/BDR experience preferred) Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach Meticulous about data accuracy and follow-through Ability to prioritize, manage multiple leads, and stay on top of tasks Self-driven and proactive, with a focus on achieving measurable goals Collaborative mindset and eagerness to support overall sales success Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Ancillary insurance Paid Time Off 401K matching Company Overview At DoRodo®, innovation drives everything we do.
