[Remote] Insights & Reporting Analyst

They are seeking an Insights & Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across various Lines of Business, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance across multiple LOBs. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Create and optimize AI prompts to support automation and enhance reporting processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms. • Prepare and present reports and insights to managers and leadership teams. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations. • Stay updated on analytics tools and best practices to drive innovation in reporting. Skills • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles. • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other data visualization tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities. • Familiarity with AI tools and prompt creation for automation is an advantage.
