[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth by responding to inquiries and coordinating group bookings, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities Respond to all inbound inquiries by phone and email in accordance with Inside Sales and Customer Care Standards Convey the Go Ape experience in a detailed and descriptive manner over the phone to potential guests Execute a sales outreach strategy by calling/emailing leads with information about Go Ape activities and pricing Maintain all communications through the company CRM and Booking Tools Communicate with sales, marketing, and sites to arrange special bookings Coordinate third party booking events Maintain a deep understanding of Go Ape’s Team Building offerings to confidently communicate options and benefits to clients Tailor team building events to meet the specific needs, goals, and objectives of each client or organization Resolve guest issues as they relate to bookings by providing timely and accurate information Serve on the internal call support team by answering calls and providing support to guest inquiries Record and track data related to group bookings, guest inquires, and issue resolution Support sites as a point of contact for guest issues during site operational hours Adhere to all company policies and procedures Be a brand ambassador for Go Ape and perform all job duties in accordance with the mission and values of the organization Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested Skills High school diploma or equivalent Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams At least six (6) months of prior experience in a customer service or sales role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a drive to exceed sales targets Prior experience with lead generation Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools Experience with payment processing systems Benefits Competitive compensation Bonus programs Healthcare plans Paid time off Flexible scheduling Company Overview Go Ape USA is an events services company that offers adventure course and outdoor recreation services.
