Associate Technical Solutions Specialist
Euna Solutions is a leading provider of cloud-based software for public sector organizations, and they are seeking an Associate Technical Solutions Specialist to join their team. The role involves developing SQL-based ETL integrations and custom reports, while also providing application support and expertise in data exchange solutions. Responsibilities Build ETL processes in SQL to exchange data between Euna Budget Pro and third-party systems Work with Euna Budget Pro Implementation Managers, Consultants, and directly with customers, to design and develop custom SSRS reports Design and develop custom data views for use in: in-product reports or dashboards; external reporting tools (ie: Power BI, Tableau,etc); or custom reports Handle multiple integration and reporting implementations concurrently Attain an understanding of the Euna Budget Pro system to provide 2nd-Tier application support Carry out migrations from customer on-premise installations to our Azure platform Provide expertise to other departments within Euna Budgets Skills Microsoft SQL development using SQL Server Management Studio and/or Azure Data Studio Experience building ETL integrations with third-party systems using SQL SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), ideally using Visual Studio Report Projects Above average written and verbal customer communication skills Application support SQL Server optimization Microsoft Azure configuration and management Power BI Single sign-on technologies (ADFS, LDAP, SAML, CAS, Google Auth, Windows Authentication, etc) Municipal / healthcare / education technology Benefits Wellness days Community Engagement Committee Flexible workday Benefits Culture committee Company Overview Euna Solutions® is a leading provider of purpose-built, cloud-based software that helps public sector and government organizations streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration.
