[Remote] HR Executive

They are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage HR operations, ensuring compliance and supporting global teams in various HR functions. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and warmth • Prepare contracts, letters, salary changes, and policy docs • Ensure compliance across our operating regions with guidance from the HR Manager & COO • Own onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation, system setups) • Support with probation reviews, performance cycles, and exit processes • Track and maintain accurate records across absence, leave, benefits, and bonuses • Provide flawless support to employees and managers across multiple time zones • Support global HR initiatives (new policies, HRIS automation, templates) • Assist with reporting and metrics (headcount, turnover, sickness, hiring) • Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and people initiatives Skills • Experience in HR administration/coordination (in-house or shared service) • Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment basics • High attention to detail – accuracy matters here • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity • A proactive, organised, positive personality • Experience using an HRIS Benefits • Generous Annual Leave: Take plenty of time to recharge with 25 days holiday, plus extra days as you grow with us • Annual Leave Purchase Scheme: Need more time to relax?
