Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kelly Services is seeking a High Volume Contract Recruiter to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, particularly for high-volume recruiting of Spanish Interpreters. Responsibilities Identifying qualified candidates through community and online outreach Source, pre-screen, interview (via phone), and hire qualified candidates In-depth understanding of available resources for recruiting High volume mass recruiting for Spanish Interpreters Interviewing 40 plus candidates weekly Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Skills Bachelors degree Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Ability to communicate fluently in a team environment Experience with high volume recruiting Exceptional customer service and/or sales skills Proven problem solving and multi-tasking capabilities Demonstrated ability to meet quotas 1 to 3 years of high volume experience in recruiting Benefits Service Bonuses and Holiday Pay Plan Opportunity to work at home with a supportive online team Kelly-sponsored health care coverage available for eligible employees Weekly, electronic, pay options Employee Perks Company Overview We’ve been helping organizations find the people they need longer than any other company in the world.
