Responsibilities Lead restaurants from kickoff to go-live Translate messy real-world operations into a clean, working system Make FIRST feel indispensable from day one Become a trusted partner to restaurant owners and operators Identify upsell opportunities as accounts scale Retain and expand accounts through real relationships, not scripts Communicate feedback directly to the CEO and engineering team Help shape product decisions based on real-world usage Close the loop between restaurant reality and software development Skills US citizen/visa only Any experience (new grads ok) Ability to relate easily to diverse individuals Strong follow-through and reliability Optimism and resilience in challenging situations Understanding of how software applications work Comfortable using modern software tools like Google Workspace and Slack Benefits Personal growth that compounds.
