Nashville, TN (Hybrid | 40–60% Nationwide Travel Required) | $70,000–$75,000 + $10,000 Annual Variable | Competitive Benefits D1 Training, one of the fastest-growing fitness franchise companies in the nation, is hiring a motivational Corporate Trainer to join our Education & Operations Excellence Team. This role delivers world-class franchise onboarding, sales training, coaching development, and operational education to ensure every D1 location opens strong and runs successfully. You’ll be the face of the brand: high-energy, a powerful communicator, and someone who knows how to motivate athletes, coaches, sales teams, and owners to perform at their highest level. Responsibilities • Lead New Franchise Onboarding — in-person at HQ & virtually; train owners, General Managers, and Coaches to execute D1’s proven sales, operations, and coaching systems • Execute Pre-Sale Launch Training — travel to new facility openings nationwide; coach teams on membership sales, high-ticket personal training, community outreach, and member experience • Facilitate Regional & Virtual Workshops — deliver ongoing leadership development, coaching education, and marketing best practices • Create and Improve Training Content — contribute to SOPs, LMS modules, playbooks, and slide decks supporting franchise profitability & brand consistency • Measure Training Impact — track adoption, performance, and engagement to continuously enhance program results • Represent The Brand — act as a cultural leader, championing the D1 “Train to Be Your Best” mindset across the network Qualifications • 3+ years corporate training, fitness education, or franchising experience • Experience presenting to adult learners and leadership-level audiences • Strong background in fitness operations, sales processes, coaching, or sports performance • Exceptional public speaking & facilitation skills — confident on camera & in-person • Knowledge of LMS platforms, curriculum development, and training design • Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Adult Education, Business, or similar (preferred) • Passion for athletics, fitness, and franchise success Ideal Candidate Traits • Infectious energy — commands a room and leads by example • Empowers others: coach-first mentality • Thrives in multi-location, service-based operations • Flexible, collaborative, and loves “building the plane while flying it” • Wants to scale impact nationwide Apply tot his job
