Responsibilities Delivering exceptional customer service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and trust Diagnoses, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use Manage a multi‑zip‑code territory within 4 hours of Billings, MT, with up to 80% driving time Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment always Skills Must be legally authorized to work in the US Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field Are motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking Have experience with automated or electro‑mechanical equipment Benefits 10% incentive on any service or parts sales you present to clients Company Overview Pitney Bowes is a global technology company that powers physical and digital transactions that drive commerce.
