Remote Data Entry Clerk (Pharmacy Background Required)
Overview Zane Pharmacy is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk with a pharmacy background and hands-on experience using PioneerRx software. This position supports data entry tasks for multiple pharmacy locations and ensures accuracy and confidentiality in all patient and prescription records. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities • Accurately enter and maintain patient and prescription data into PioneerRx • Verify and cross-check incoming prescription data for accuracy • Communicate with pharmacy staff to resolve discrepancies • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA compliance standards • Assist with generating internal reports and handling digital filing tasks • Collaborate remotely with the pharmacy operations team across various locations Qualifications • Pharmacy experience is required (retail, LTC, or compounding preferred) • Proficiency in PioneerRx software is required. Only applicants with Pioneer RX experience will be considered • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting • Comfortable using Google Suite, Excel, or similar office tools • Good written and verbal communication skills • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Experience with pivot tables is a plus, but not mandatory. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
