Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide Identify and develop opportunities to offer targeted products and services, including upselling, cross-selling, lead generation, and upgrades Deliver superior customer experiences in every interaction, identifying, capturing, and addressing customer needs Process orders and monitor customer interactions Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services with every interaction, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Your Qualifications: Join Our Team of Customer Experience Experts To succeed as a remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. We're looking for military spouses with: 1+ year of customer service experience 6+ months of soft sales experience preferred (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.) A high school diploma or GED Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills Eagerness to learn new technologies and a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer will be provided after hire) High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence What's in it for You: Competitive Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to investing in our people and providing competitive compensation and benefits.
