Key Responsibilities Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform critical business decisions. Create ETLs or processes that pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table. Develop data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges. Engage with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis and establish credibility. Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to share relevant information. This includes partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems. Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks related to reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition). Document your processes and share your expertise with your colleagues. Mentor your peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert. Essential Qualifications Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience). Creativity with a User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience). Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to identify and root cause business problems. A Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau. Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations. Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
