[Remote] Customer Success Manager - $52.90 - $67.30 per hour
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 7Seventy Recruiting is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their customer success team and support customers adopting a cloud cost visibility and optimization platform. The role involves guiding customers through onboarding, training, and renewals while advocating for their needs internally. Responsibilities • Deliver onboarding and training sessions to new customers • Serve as the primary point of contact via email, Slack, and Zoom • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and ensure value realization • Advocate for customer needs and feature requests across internal teams • Support subscription renewals and long-term customer retention • Develop strong relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and infrastructure leaders Skills • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within a B2B SaaS or technology company • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical audiences such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps teams • Experience managing a portfolio of customers from small businesses to enterprise accounts • High emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through • Candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Background in monitoring, observability, or cost optimization tools • Experience working with financial or data visualization products Benefits • Equity • Medical • Dental • Vision coverage • A 401(k) plan • Education stipends Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
