Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful placements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a high level of accuracy in work. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in customer service recruitment, or a strong understanding of the customer service industry. Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
