Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail. Claims Processing: Follow up on missing information to facilitate the processing of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Invoice Review: Review invoices to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues. Reporting: Compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights and data analysis to support business decisions. Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services to the claims coordination team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or data entry. Computer Skills: Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
