Key Responsibilities Responsibilities That Drive Engineering Efficiency • Architect and implement bolthires/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows. • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to integrate testing protocols within deployment processes. • Configure and maintain tools for source control, build management, and artifact storage. • Continuously analyze and refine pipelines to improve speed and reliability. • Monitor automated processes and introduce solutions for unexpected failures. • Secure build and deployment processes with automated compliance checks. • Provide documentation and onboarding materials for internal engineering stakeholders. • Lead reviews of deployment logs and system metrics to identify trends or bottlenecks. • Participate in cross-functional DevOps meetings and strategic planning. • Evaluate new technologies that can enhance automation and reduce manual touchpoints.
