[Remote] Consultant (Infor LN/Logistics)

In this role, you will bring your expertise to customer implementations, collaborating with project teams under the guidance of the Project Manager and Solution Architect. Responsibilities • Deliver full life cycle implementations of Infor ERP LN – Supply Chain/Logistics • Manage customer expectations by considering current and planned solution capabilities • Participate in status meetings, escalate issues, and work with customer stakeholders to document the project's rationale and value • Conduct detailed gap analysis, write use case test plans, configure applications, and execute test cases during all testing phases • Provide customer training, monitor solution stability post-implementation, investigate application issues using database queries, and ensure effective handover to support • Stay updated on Infor LN technology and complete necessary Infor education courses annually • Consultants always maintain a professional demeanor with customers and team members Skills • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Infor LN software implementations related to Supply Chain/Logistics solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze complex problems, and promote positive relationships with customers and team members • Must be willing to travel to customer location(s) when required • Supply Chain/Logistics industry experience is advantageous • Familiarity with FactoryTrack, Time Track, Warehouse Shop Mobility, Service and/or Quality is preferred Company Overview • OVERVIEW— PCG is the world's largest implementer of business predictability through consistent and award-winning business and digital transformation.
